Drew Laviage, Founding Member
Drew Laviage is Senior Production Engineer at KODA Resources. Previously, he served as Director of Product at Ambyint, an AI-driven optimization platform for the energy industry, and as Production Engineering Manager at Caerus Oil and Gas, overseeing the optimization of more than 7,000 oil and gas wells across Western Colorado and Utah. In this role, he managed production and operating budgets, optimizing over 500 MMCFED, while advancing data democratization and digitalization across the organization. Additionally, Drew played a key role in advocating for common sense regulation during a period of intense Colorado rulemaking. Before joining Caerus, Drew held various engineering management roles at Baker Hughes in the Completion Tools product line, focusing on emerging technology implementation, product support, career development, and process improvement. He is a graduate of the Baker Hughes Field Engineering Development Program. Drew's passion for responsible energy development began during his research on acoustic energy harvesting at Southern Methodist University, where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Engineering Management and Entrepreneurship.
