Siobhan O’Reilly, Member at Large
Siobhan is currently a Commercial Accounts and Optimization Manager at Phillips 66 having joined DCP Midstream (legacy to Phillips 66) in 2011. She began her career in Denver as a reliability engineer and ultimately managed corporate reliability for the company before transitioning to operations as an area manager. There she led teams across various operations workgroups covering Southeast Texas, Louisiana, Alabama and offshore. Her passion lies in leading people and helping solve problems within the energy industry. She is a 2021 MBA graduate from The University of Texas at Austin where she pursued a focus in leadership and innovation and attended the Copenhagen Business School’s short-term exchange program on sustainability. Siobhan also has a M.S. in Reliability and Maintainability Engineering with a specialization in Prognostics from the University of Tennessee where she performed research with EPRI, Idaho National Laboratory, and the Nuclear Energy Research Institute, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Auburn in Industrial and Systems Engineering. In her free time, you'll often find her volunteering as a pet therapy team with her dog Jolene where they visit patients at the local children’s hospital, hiking local trails, and attending Austin FC and UT Football games.
